INDIGENOUS NATIONS PRESENTS
LIVEHOPE TELEFEST FOR COVID-19
EARTH DAY EVERYDAY
Saturday, April 25, 2020 to May 25, 2020

Earth’s Indigenous People hereby invite you to the LiveHOPE Telefest, a grassroots celebration of the 50th Anniversary of Earth Day called Earth Day Every Day from April 25, 2020, to May 25, 2020. This is to show people that Earth Day is not only one day but can be celebrated every day. #EarthDayEveryday.

“Indigenous people are our only hope for survival”, Noam Chomsky

Musicians, artists, celebrities, comedians, and speakers will bring the world together to deal with some of the greatest crises facing humanity: COVID-19, climate change, poverty, joblessness, and the destruction of our environment. The LiveHOPE Telefest is a charity telethon for the benefit of American hospitals affected by COVID-19. There is a shortage of medical supplies for healthcare workers on the frontlines of the COVID-19 outbreak. Money raised will be used to buy masks, ventilators and personal protection equipment for doctors, nurses, first responders, healthcare workers and victims of COVID-19. It is time to give back to the people on the frontlines putting their lives on the line for us. The USA needs 960,000 ventilators and 1 billion N95 masks in the next 6 months. We will get through this together, but we need your help.

“Because the destruction of nature accounts for more global emissions than all the cars and trucks in the world. As long as the land of tribal people / indigenous peoples is allowed to be encroached upon… our climate goals will remain out of reach”, Harrison Ford, the famous actor, and a Conservation International Board Member said at the 2019 UN Global Climate Action Summit, Indigenous people are locked in fierce conflicts with mining, logging and agricultural companies and their private security firms in hundreds of places from Indonesia to Brazil. 2016 was the deadliest year on record for land rights defenders with about 200 people killed in conflicts in Latin America, Africa and Asia. In addition, thousands more community activists were threatened or harassed., says UN rapporteur for Indigenous Peoples, Victoria Tauli-Corpuz “We are at a tipping point in history. The Amazon rainforest is home to thousands of Indigenous People and is a buffer to protect us from runaway climate change. The time to act is now to protect the Amazon and stand with Indigenous People that are fighting for their existence”, Diana Ruiz, Senior Palm Oil Campaigner for Greenpeace USA

About LiveHOPE

LiveHOPE is the LiveAID of the 21st century.

WE THE PEOPLE OF PLANET EARTH cannot hope for our political leaders to take action on these emergencies; we have to do it ourselves.

LiveHOPE is a grassroots & indigenous people led initiative to implement the Earth Restoration Plan (aka “Tree of Life Blueprint”) to restore the climate and our environment, while simultaneously ending global poverty in our lifetime.

The plan came in the form of a dream in 2013 to one of the founders of the LiveHope Festival; in the dream, a thundering voice from the sky asked him to replant the “Tree of Life”, which gave rise to a two-in-one solution. This two-in-one solution, we call the Earth Restoration Plan (aka “Tree of Life Blueprint”); once it is fully implemented, can restore Earth’s entire ecosystem, while simultaneously end global poverty.

“Natural climate solutions are the future, and indigenous rights are key to their success”, David Kaimowitz, the Ford Foundation.

In 2017, the organizers started planning the LiveHOPE Festival, after emerging from the Standing Rock environmental protests. The goal is to mobilize 2 billion people to implement the Earth Restoration Plan to restore Earth’s entire ecosystem, while simultaneously end global poverty.

This will be a 100% carbon-negative and renewable energy powered event. LiveHOPE combines art, and music with 4k television broadcasts, Livestream, smartphones, social media, blockchain technology, reward programs, and IoT. The donations and use of funds will be transparently tracked on the blockchain for everyone to see.

We are taking direct action to deal with this climate, humanitarian and environmental emergencies. One of our largest direct actions will be the Plant 2 Trillion Peace Trees Campaign. Other actions include helping the people most affected by the climate, humanitarian and environmental emergencies. This includes unifying all the indigenous peoples worldwide at Standing Rock to create our own indigenous U.N .to protect Mother Earth. Helping the people in the Bahamas and Puerto Rico devastated by the hurricanes. Helping the 2019 famine in the Horn of Africa affecting 45 million people on the verge of starvation.

We are sending an open invitation to artists with the biggest hearts, and the most courageous souls to join us to restore Mother Earth by supporting the transformation of humanity into a thriving world, where nobody is left behind. The future of all life now depends on us.
